By downloading, installing, or using Kaunta ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Kaunta is a Japanese counter word learning application that helps you practice and memorize counters through spaced repetition and drills.
The App is provided for personal, educational use only.
Kaunta is a learning aid, not a replacement for formal Japanese language instruction.
All data you enter into Kaunta is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. You are responsible for your own data and backups.
If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost unless you have backed it up through your device's backup mechanisms (e.g., iCloud, Google backup).
Kaunta offers optional premium content through in-app purchases:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of Kaunta be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
