Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Kaunta stores all your data locally on your device. We don't have servers, accounts, or analytics. Your learning progress never leaves your phone.

What Data Is Stored

The app stores the following data locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage):

• Your learning progress and spaced-repetition card states
• Drill statistics (per-counter and per-number accuracy)
• App settings and preferences

This data is not transmitted to any server. It lives entirely on your device and is removed if you delete the app.

In-App Purchases

Kaunta offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat, which collects the following data:

• An anonymous device-generated user ID
• Your purchase history (required by the service)
• Device identifiers provided by the platform (e.g., IDFA on iOS)

This data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the USA. RevenueCat acts as a data processor — see their privacy policy.

We do not set custom user IDs or share additional personal information with RevenueCat.

What We Don't Do

• We don't create user accounts
• We don't collect personal information
• We don't use analytics or tracking
• We don't show advertisements
• We don't sell or share any data
• We don't operate our own servers that store your data
